I’ve said it before, but I really like a good dip. Savory or sweet, doesn’t really matter to me. But this dip is really something special. I’ve taken it to a few events, and every single time, people go crazy over it! It has a delicious brown sugar flavor, and even leans a little bit caramel-y. And the best part is that it comes together quickly and can be served right away.
I enjoy this dip best with apples, strawberries, and grapes, but my husband really likes it with pretzels too.
Three-Ingredient Brown Sugar Fruit Dip
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl or Stand Mixer
- 1 Whisk or Whisk Attachment
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅛-⅓ cup Brown Sugar to your sweetness preference
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to medium mixing bowl or stand mixer and mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve (up to 7days).
If you’re making this dip for more than a small family, I would recommend doubling this recipe. People will definitely be coming back for seconds and thirds.
If you try this recipe, I’d love to know what you think. You can message me on Facebook or Instagram and share your thoughts with me there.
Enjoy,
