Mom’s Cheese Ball

There’s nothing I love more than a good appetizer. Especially if it’s a dip or spread to eat with something crunchy. And this cheese all recipe is one that hits the spot every time.

Growing up, my mom made this cheese ball for every holiday, and year after year, it has remained a family favorite. With fresh green onion, savory dried beef, and salty black olives, the flavors in this recipe will keep you coming back for more!

How to Make Mom’s Cheese Ball

This recipe is truly one of the quickest and simplest. Start by chopping the beef, olives, and green onions and shredding the cheese. Add these ingredients and the softened cream cheese to your stand mixer, fixed with the paddle attachment, and mix on a medium speed until fully combined. Scrape the sides down and roughly form into a ball. Dump the contents of your mixing bowl onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap the ball up tightly before refrigeration.

Serve this ball with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for a delicious variety of flavors. This can also be placed in an air tight container and be stored in the fridge up to 5 days.
