Mom's Cheese Ball
A real crowd pleaser, this cheese ball is salty, creamy, and delicious! This cheese ball is quick to pull together and can be served with crackers, pretzels, or even fresh vegetables for a variety of flavor combinations.

1 Paddle Attachment
Plastic Wrap
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 oz Dried Beef chopped
- 4 oz Chopped Black Olives
- ½ cup Green Onions chopped, green parts only
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese and mix with the paddle attachment until smooth.
Add dried beef, black olives, and green onions to the mixer, and mix again until well combined, scraping the sides as needed.
Finally, add the shredded cheddar and mix until just combined. With a firm spatula, scrape the sides of the bowl and make a rough ball.
Lay out some plastic wrap on a flat surface and dump your rough ball onto it. Use your hands to press and tighten the mixture into a firm ball. Wrap in the Plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve (up to 7 days).
